The Belmont now offers 8 letting bedrooms, 5 of which are fully refurbished with en-suite facilities. We offer room and breakfast or optional, room, breakfast with evening meal. We are open throughout the whole year and welcome enquiries for both short breaks and weekly accommodation.

The Belmont Guesthouse holds a ENGLISH TOURISM COUNCIL INSPCTION QUALITY ASSURANCE 2 STARS (Guest House).We also have a pass from the MARQUESS INSPECTION SCHEME,(marketing quality success).

Our location is about 5 min. walk to the town centre and only half mile to the sea front and all the exciting attractions that Skegness has to offer. The coach and railway stations are also within easy reach. The Belmont Guesthouse is Central heated throughout and all the bedrooms offer tea and coffee facilities plus colour T.V.
