From Boston:

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning left into Grosvenor Road after rejoining two-way road. Belmont Guesthouse is on the right hand side after about 250 yards

From Lincoln:

Turn right at traffic lights after Football Ground. Take first turning right (in about 1/4 mile) into Grosvenor Road  Belmont Guesthouse is on the right hand side after about 250 yards.
